MyRemoting - Sub-processor List

Version 2026.07 - Last updated: July 10, 2026

This page lists the third-party sub-processors that I Own Software LLC ("we," "Vendor") engages to help provide the MyRemoting Hosted Service. It is the "Sub-processor List" referenced by our Data Processing Addendum (the "DPA"). Where this list and a snapshot reproduced inside the DPA differ, this list governs the current specifics.

Self-Hosted / On-Premises deployments: we do not process your Endpoint data and engage no sub-processors on your behalf. The only data we receive from a Self-Hosted deployment is license Heartbeat Metadata (deployment identity, software version, and counts), which we process as an independent controller under our Privacy Policy.

Changes to this list

We will give affected Hosted Service Customers prior notice of any intended addition or replacement of a sub-processor as described in Section 13 of the DPA (currently 30 days' notice, by email to the Customer's designated administrative contact), during which a Customer may object on reasonable data-protection grounds. To receive change notices, contact privacy@iownsoftware.com.
